For this entry of Tuesdays With Dorie, we made Best Ever Brownies. Pretty straightforward recipe, fairly straightforward brownie. All in all, I have a go-to brownie recipe already, so I can't imagine that I'm going to revisit the recipe from Baking With Julia. (I'd also like to mention that if you want a great brownie-esque recipe, try the Essense of Chocolate Squares from Lisa Yockelson's Baking by Flavor.)

Chris, your brownies looks great, even if it wasn't your favourite recipe.
I had to make some changes to the original recipe and I loved how it turned out.
Your brownies do look good. I will have to look up that other brownie recipe. I thought these ones were okay, but like you probably won't revisit this one.
Not a favorite here. You can't go wrong with a Fine Cooking recipe! Their recipes always seem to turn out for me. My favorite magazine.
They look good - these weren't our best ever, but we did enjoy them.
